Source Tree didn’t download all files? / Source Tree downloaded the master version?

On the “Clone” page that shows up in Source Tree make sure to select the correct branch under “Advanced Options”.

(This is easy to miss because it is set to master by default and you don’t realize that because the dropdown is not down).
